As much as I love performing, nothing is like teaching the next generation of artists. I founded R.O.A.R. (Resourceful, Optimistic, Authentic, Reliant) School because to help artists develop their craft and answer questions about navigating the entertainment industry. 

I also launch my Youtube channel SyndeeWintersTV because I couldn’t find artists offering performers advice that looked like me and had Broadway experience on Youtube.
